On 26 July 2022, VOJEXT organised an online event for the successful completion of the Acceleration Programme of the 1st Open Call for SMEs “Challenges”, which had been launched in 2021.
During the event, 4 out of the 5 winning SMEs demonstrated the outcomes of the innovative robotics projects they had worked on during the 6-month mentoring programme.
The companies demonstrated the solutions developed by them to the following technical challenges:
- Challenge 2 – Navigation (demonstration by Eliflab from Italy)
- Challenge 3 – Visualization of point cloud in a VR headset (demonstration by Extend Robotics from the UK)
- Challenge 4 – Integrate two leap motion devices to improve user’s mapping (demonstration by Taktify from the Netherlands)
- Challenge 5 – Investigate new method hand mapping and integrate it to the teleop pipeline (Demonstration by CodeWheel from Cyprus)
